I have a Masters Degree and work in marketing management, easy finance, or mental health or fitness industries. I am in Los Angeles but can move to the San Francisco area near San Mateo, Seattle, Boulder, Colorado or stay in Los Angeles.

These systems, which are Neural Network based, seem NOT to require actual brain waves to achieve communication, but rather the product of brain waves as monitoralbe and translatable "sound" in the voice box and muscular areas of the human throat and jaw (bone conduction). Access can probably be also achieved at a distance, no equipment needed, by aiming an altered sophisticated form of radar that can send and receive "return" sounds from a targeted individual or other targeted beings. All light vibrates at its own frequency, even rocks, and all is Light vibrating at specific frequency.
