Register for the Annual Meetings

Committee members are kindly requested to register for the Annual Meetings, to be held from September 19–20, 2016, prior to the Congress, at the congress venue. The Annual Meetings Schedule is available here, to register please sign in. The list of registered AM participants is available in the Members Area and updated weekly, to see the list sign in here..

Non-Committee Members have the possibility to join some meetings as a guest, with the consent of the Group’s Chair. The email of the Chair of a Technical Group can be found on the relevant web pages here.

Robert Halvorson, USA, founding principal of Halvorson and Partners, a WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Company based in Chicago was presented with The Institution of Structural Engineers’ 2016 Gold Medal at the organisation’s awards dinner in London. The Institution presents the award to recognise individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the profession of structural engineering. Read more..

The 10th Future of Design (FOD) Conference organised by the British Group of IABSE is taking place on September 8, 2016 at Imperial College campus. It is a unique platform for networking and to be inspired by the leading figures in the design world.
