COMMUNITY NEWS TONIGHT'S PODCAST TOPIC: Building a Support Network This is item #2 in the 7 Ways to Have a Happy New Year list. For our situation and what's happening around us 24/7, having a network of friends and contacts is important. PODCAST ARCHIVES; http://pactsntl.org/podcast-archives.html 7 WAYS TO HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR I've received a request for this list of 7 Ways to Have a Happy New Year which I presented at the Saturday night (Jan 6) podcast. 1. FREQUENT THE CALLS AND SUPPORT GROUPS - continue coming together at the conference calls, support groups, private meetings for information & support. You just might learn new tactics, methods and materials for dealing with your targeting.
2. BUILD A SUPPORT NETWORK - find & develop a support network. These would be people you can call on and talk to anytime of the day or night. They are there to support you - whether locally, nationally or wherever
3. LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTACT - find a contact in local government that believes and supports you. keep in contact with that person and get to know them. let them get to know you - amy in richmond, ca, nathan in tucson - Then lets build a national network of those officials who would help us. it would empower them to network with other officials working on this issue.
4. NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALS - We also need to build a national network of professionals, such as doctors, attorneys, paralegals, and other officials who support each other when needed. A network for doing good for help and protection.
5. ADVOCATE PROGRAM - As it will become available soon, make use of the advocate program. This program will seek to gather evidence which will support the claims TI's are making.
6. TI's IN POLITICAL OFFICE - Join Tim Cassella and his effort in helping ti's get elected to political office. Local representation would be great - city council, mayor, judges, etc. because it could result in legislation which would protect targeted individuals.
7. MEDIATION COUNCIL - Lets not let drama run rampant in the community. It's design is to splinter and distract us. Lets utilize the mediation council ro settle personal disputes and co-exist peacably with one another. This may be important, particularly when the new safehouse opens.
JANUARY IS STALKING AWARENESS MONTH! In observance of this occasion, it may be a good opportunity to speak about our issues to someone. UPDATE: LINDA BANNON For those that know Linda Bannon, I received a voicemail message from her a few days ago. She is recovering rather well after her accdient. She suffered third degree burns over 35% of her body. Another 30% was used for skin grafts. She also stated that since she is changing rooms, she would be in contact with me again soon to relay contact information for those who would like to reach out to her.

| | | | | FROM: Allison Ireland RE: SECTION 702 Here is what I’ve gathered that I’ve been sending out. I’m going to ACLU in person tomorrow to confirm deadline has been increased. What is Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act? Per an email I received from the ACLU and what I have gathered online, Section 702 is the law the government uses to collect our emails, text messages, phone calls, and more. It can be used to target journalists, human rights activists, and ordinary citizens who have done nothing wrong, without meaningful oversight. This is a campaign initiative lead by Edward Snowden an ACLU client, fighting for surveillance reform. This law needs to be reauthorized every few years. Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act gives the director of national intelligence and attorney general the authority to target anyone outside the US for surveillance, but Snowden believes this is being misused on innocent civilians. This was set to expire at the end of 2017, but I believe may be extended to Jan 19th. As all of us know who have experienced directed energy weapons and electronic torture know, what Edward Snowden is bringing forward is just scratching the surface of the horrific human rights violations on innocent civilians occurring in our society today. What Can We Do? My understanding is Congress and the W hite House pushed the deadline now for reauthorization forward to January 19th. So we need to act now and reach out to o ur House of Representatives and Senate Representatives in each of our respective states. We need to make sure they DO NOT extend Section 702 as is. Here is a link to ACLU website where you can enter your phone number and they will search by area code and call the offices of your Congress. I am also sending out certified letters to my House of Representatives and Senate Representatives. I have started sending certified letters in general for correspondence since I have reason to believe my cell phone and email are hacked or cloned (all other surveillance victims and electronic torture victims can relate to this with me, no kidding right). I am sending letters requesting Section 702 reform but also telling my personal story of torture (including information on toxicology and scanning evidence) and explaining that hundreds possibly thousands are experiencing the same thing. It costs about $5 per letter which isn’t cheap but my hope is there is a better chance it will arrive at the intended recipient than a phone call or email. I am still making phone calls and sending emails though as well. If anyone wants help finding addresses for their Congress, wants a personal donation to help send the letters certified mail, or wants help writing a letter please let me know I’d be more than happy to help you. I think we all need a good one page summary affidavit to use for various public awareness campaigns that summarizes our stories of torture. Again, I’m sure most of you have already done this stuff anyway and hope you are not insulted by how basic this stuff is. To LES (London End Stalking) Mailing List Dear all, After taking some time out and going back a bit to the drawing board, Les, London End Stalking, Wednesday House of Parliament protest, during Prime Minister Question Time, is back. We meet at 11pm, Prime Minister Question Time starts at 12pm, no longer in front of the House of Parliament, but by College Green's narrow end, next to Old Palace Yard. As I anticipate a good media presence on the Green, we will start by trying to catch their attention by displaying placards and chanting slogans, later we will walk the short distance to the House of Parliament's main carriage entrance. ANOTHER DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE PROTEST WILL BE FOLLOWED NOT JUST BY THE USUAL SOCIAL BUT BY A PROPER TI MEETING IN A SUITABLE VENUE, THE WESLEY'S CAFE IN WESTMINSTER CENTRAL HALL'S BASEMENT, PEOPLE CAN JUST JOIN US FOR THE MEETING, IF THEY PREFER, FULL DETAILS UNDERNEATH:
