Progress toward the launch of the Advocate Program is continuing. And this past weekend we conducted the first home visits for the new program. One of our engineers, RF detection meters in hand, visited the homes of two TI's in southern California. It was quite interesting and appreciated. Fortunately, the attack signals were detectable even though we had expected that they would be turned off during the visits. In one case they were observed even while one victim experienced attacks to her stomach and was receiving V2K. The engineer was then able to observe spikes on his meter which correlated to moments when the victim experienced voices and pain. One visit included an impromptu drive around the neighborhood which allowed the engineer to observe similar frequencies emanating from a nearby celltower to those observed in the victim's home. We are now in the process of sorting through the information gleaned from these visits. We're tweaking the program, arranging more visits, writing reports, and preparing for official launch to the general TI community which will probably be later this month or early April. TI RETREAT TO A MOUNTAIN RESORT! In search of a little R&R from targeting? One TI in the community has your back and a vision for a retreat where TI's could enjoy nature and hopefully less stress from severe covert attack scenarios. Bear Mountain, one resort being considered, is a mountain lake resort area in southern California with lots of opportunities to relax, enjoy pleasant surroundings and be far from high doses of radiofrequencies for a while. Coming together builds community as well as relieves the stress of dealing with the various daily harassments alone. More information soon to come about this excursion. SACHRP MEETING THIS WEEK!
The Secretary’s Advisory Committee for Human Research Protections (SACHRP) will meet next Tuesday and Wednesday, March 13-14, at Fishers Lane Conference Center in Rockville, Md.

| | | Andy also adds, "I'm willing to make and ship TI retailed stickers, like the ones on my car, for free, to anyone in the UK, as long as they can prove they are a TI (e.g. being a member of PACTS, TI tweets, etc.) and they are willing to send me a photo of the sticker after it's been installed. The TI proof and after photos are required so that I don't get perps sending me hundreds of requests for stickers, which they then throw in the bin. My dear friend Tom, whom I've known since early childhood, is a TI in S Ontario. He has two chips in his head, which were implanted without his knowledge or consent. He needs a place where he and his 11-year-old son could go quickly, if need be, for a night or two. Tom is the writer of the script that became the film The Matrix. This is his site: TheMatrixRedeemed.com .He sued the Hollywood producers for stealing his script, but under threat, escaped to Canada. His wife then abandoned him and his son. Tom and his son applied for refugee status, but like every American who has done so, was turned down. Nevertheless, the Canadian government has not returned their passports, so they cannot leave the country. His son is very successful in school in Brantford, and could complete assignments by homeschool from afar if need be. Tom is a very kind, sweet, gregarious, lovely person, as is his son.
