Newsletter Archive

Hello all,

Tonight we will have another meeting of our local Las Vegas NMHU Cowboy and Cowgirl boosters at JCs Pizza on Bridge Street, Las Vegas, at 5 p.m.

Director Craig Snow will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about our athletes.

We are proud to share news about recruitment, academic performance of our teams, and success on the field.

Hope to see you there!

Appetizers will be provided, and please bring your questions and feedback for AD Snow.

Additional meetings will be scheduled for Wednesdays throughout the fall semester, so if you know someone who would like to be invited, just send along their email address.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!

Clearing things out?  Making space in a move? We'd love to talk to you about any Highlands related memorabilia you have!

Have an old Highlands annual that you’d like to donate? Our alumni office will gratefully accept yearbooks, old pennents, and other ephemera.

Be an Enrollment Ambassador!

Enrollment Ambassadors play an integral role in NMHU’s recruitment, admissions, and in getting students to come to Highlands. From reaching out to potential applicants at college fairs and high schools to attending admitted student events, there are a number of ways to get involved.

If you’re short on time or live in a less populated area, our new call out initiative can be completed with basic phone and internet service. It will take a couple hours of your time and is as easy as making some phone calls and sending your report to NMHU. We will provide you a training manual and key NMHU facts to ensure your calls are successful. Your work will have a positive enrollment impact moving into the 2018 academic year.

If interested, please contact Benito Pacheco, the Director of Academic Support, at 505-454-3188 or bmpacheco@nmhu.edu.
