Office Number

If you are staying with us for an extended period of time please put the office number in your phone contacts so that you do not need to use our google add listing to reach us.

Laundry

We have on site laundry facilities for your convenience. Please be mindful of how much you are putting in the machines; if they are overloaded then they will not spin or drain properly causing us to believe they are not working properly. Shutting them down leaving less machines for everyone to use.

Speed

The entrance and exit gates to Shangri La are at the end of a dead end residential road. It is not necessary to gun it into or out of the gates. The gates are timed and set for a single car, do not try to run the gates.  If you come up to it as it is closing, please simply slow down and enter your code to re-open the gate. As you leave the gate it is not necessary to floor it to clear the gate it has a sensor and knows something is there; it will not close on your vehicle.

The speed inside SLR is 5 mph. This is for everyone safety.

This speed limit also applies to golf carts; you should not have a visible dust cloud following you, or be tearing up the chip seal on our streets.

Leaving?

As the 2018/2019 winter season comes to an end we are sad to see everyone leave. As you plan your departure please make sure that the office knows your departure date so that your bill can be set up properly. If you would like to return next season make sure that you have filled out a reservation request form for the 2019/2020 season.

If upon your departure you find that you have items you do not want to take with you, be mindful of what you are throwing away. The office is connected to local food banks and other various shelters, another option is to donate items to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore or the Goodwill in Anthem. If you have larger trash items or excess trash there is a local refuse station off of New River Road that the office staff can direct you to.
