Some of these new visitors may not be fully aware of all of our rules (using a towel, eating by the pool, our smoking area, dots on cameras etc.). If you see a visitor, or a member, not following one of our simple rules kindly remind them of said rule. After you have attempted to handle the situation and the offender continues the action please contact the office immediately. We cannot address issues and situations that we do not know about. Electronics The Ranch is instituting a Dot program for electronics in the common areas. If you wish to use your electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, computers, e-readers) in these areas the cameras must be covered with a sticker dot. The dots will be available in the office, inside both the Clubhouse and Millennium Hall by the bulletin boards. Dances Shangri La Ranch is a family friendly facility at all times, including the dances, regardless of the time. This means activity that could be interpreted as a lap dance or any form of erotic dancing is forbidden. If you are participating in anything of this nature, you will be asked to leave. Chairs are to remain at tables, they do not belong on the dance floor. Music The volume on your music in your vehicle needs to be turned down when you pull into the ranch. Not everyone needs to hear your radio as you drive through the property. Please turn your music down or even turn it off when you are on Shangri La Lane especially when pulling up to the gate. Outgoing Mail There is a drop box for outgoing mail in the Mail Room, you can also bring your mail into the office and we will place it into the box for you. Please use the drop slot inside the mail room to ensure that your mail gets sent out in a timely manner. The black mailbox on the office deck is for key or rent drops ONLY. If you place something into this box please put the flag up so we know to retrieve it. |
