Hi , Thank you so much again for signing up for Big & Mini. As promised, this email contains information about the live training portion of the onboarding process! Each member is required to attend one twenty-minute live training session prior to their first call with Big & Mini. This training will go over how to use the video-calling platform, what to do if your Big is having trouble accessing the platform, and what the post-call process is. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding Big & Mini. Please note that we will not be able to pair you with a big until you complete the training process, so its best to get it done this week! There are three training dates available next week. They are: 4/21/2020 at 11 AM CST 4/22/2020 at 5:30 PM CST 4/25/2020 at 3 PM CST Please fill out the form below by Monday, 4/20/20 with the training date and time that you would like to attend.
