“A recent example of IABSE’s efforts to integrate the region, is the 2nd Bridge Engineering Workshop organized by the Mexican NG. This event will be held in June 2019 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and follows a first workshop held in 2016. In that time, we had about 340 attendees from 10 different countries. We expect to replicate and even exceed this success during this new midyear event of IABSE.” – Carlos Mendez Galindo, IABSE Vice President.
