JV-HelpDesk Beta Testing

Thank you for helping us with beta testing of JV-HelpDesk Business Edition version 2.4. We are glad to announce the release of First Beta today. You may please download the beta version by doing the following:

1. Login to your account at JV-Extensions.com
2. Go to Support Help Desk
3. Click on "Download Files" menu in Help Desk
4. Click on "Download File" in "JV-HelpDesk Business Edition 2.4 Beta 1" section.
5. Please download the file, unzip it first, and then install the individual zip files using Joomla installer.

Reporting Beta Issues:

You may report beta issues by filing support tickets in the "JV-HelpDesk 2.4 Beta Testing" category at jv-extensions.com. We request you to file Group tickets so that other beta testers can vote on the ticket if they have the same issue. If you wish to share your site credentials in ticket replies, please mark them as confidential so that only the staff members can see them.
